John Robert Harris, MDiv
Lead Pastor
John Robert and Amy joined Faith Fellowship in October of 2008. John Robert served as our Associate Pastor overseeing all the children and youth ministries and in 2019 he became our Lead Pastor.
John Robert’s passion is his family. He and Amy have three children fondly known as CarDylKen or the HARRI5. Carter, Dylan, and Kennedy are their joy. They have been married for 25 years and have become an open home to the many students they have ministered to over these years. Both John Robert and Amy are graduates of the University of Mount Olive.
John Robert earned his Master of Divinity from Campbell University and has enjoyed over 25 years of ordained ministry. You can find him eating his favorite meal at Smithfield’s Chicken ‘N Bar-B-Q while wearing his Chaco’s, watching Wolfpack sports, planning for camp at Cragmont and daydreaming about time at Disney, most specifically flying the Millennium Falcon at Galaxy’s Edge (Star Wars). However, his true hobby is teaching the Bible History class at North Lenoir High School.
